i think it was at the age of 15 that i named myself nonsence. i started deejayin at 11 on techniques while living in union square west manhattan. we then moved to LA, and the first name i gave myself was dj clean.
that’s for a bit of history, but the songs underneath were made many years later.
the photo to the right is from the time i recorded these songs.
i stood on a rooftop on fairfax… the sony building behind me.
these recordings right here are pretty much my first album. i never released any of them, and i never tried to.
only my friends heard this. all the songs except for it’s gettin hot were produced by one of my closest homie ant.
i think his talent is incredible, and i am very thankful to have had him as a friend over the years not just for the music we made together but for being a good friend.
all this is done in LA, which is the closest thing to my hometown than any other place, while new york is the closest to my lifestyle and paris the closest to my youth.
